Relaxation & Health Exercise
 

¨ I will take five relaxing breaths at two points in my work day

¨ I will check out an exercise tape or join an exercise class

¨ I will take a walk during my lunch break

¨ I will practice conscious relaxation once a day

¨ I will make one positive change in the way I eat

¨ I will smile at least 5 times each day

¨ I will find something to laugh about (out loud) once each day

¨ I will sing in the shower

¨ I will make a list of all my activities, prioritize the activities and eliminate or delegate at least one

¨ I will read (or listen to) a good book for at least 10 minutes each day
