Week 2: Organization and Management Issues for Libraries & Archives

 
Summary of class discussions:  Organizational cultures, management styles, organizational functions, change.  We will also discuss the role of managers, directors, and supervisors and the integration of preservation activity and actions into the library / archives organization.
