Library Staff have entered a new world full of computers, multitasking,
helping patrons with computer questions, providing appropriate
referrals, and much more. So how do we cope with the demands placed on
library employees by our patrons without stressing out every day?
Providing patron services in the library has always been stressful.
Using and teaching hardware and software as well as Internet sites adds
greatly to that stress. Learn how to master all that technology and our
jobs throw at us, and take some time to enjoy the rest of the day. |
Goals:

enough and create policies to back up those decisions.
