Food assistance programs, unemployment benefits, tax preparation, and (now) health insurance information–more and more government services and resources are available (sometimes exclusively) online.  Learn what you need to know about helping your staff help others navigate government services online.This workshop will prepare attendees to train fellow staffers to assist users with Gov 2.0 questions. (Bring your own laptop or use OHIONET’s computers.)
